Mon désir de soigner m'a été transmis par ma mère et cette transmission se fait de mère en fille depuis des générations.

Apposer les mains pour soulager est une pratique familiale.
Dans ma famille c'est inné, instinctif.
Petite, je me souviens de ma mère posant ses mains sur moi à l'endroit de mes douleurs et celles-ci disparaissaient en quelques minutes...
​
Pour moi c'était naturel, je n'y faisais pas attention, je n'y mettais pas de mots, je croyais que toutes les mamans faisaient ça.
​
En plus des connaissances léguées par mes ancêtres, très tôt et tout aussi naturellement, je me suis intéressée à différentes pratiques.
Depuis environ 35 années, j'étudie l'aromathérapie, la lithothérapie, la phytothérapie, le shiatsu, les massages... Mais aussi différentes techniques énergétiques et vibratoires : Recouvrement d'âme, reconnexion, Quantum Touch et ces dernières années je suis me passionnée par les thérapies quantiques, je suis d'ailleurs praticienne certifiée en "Connaissance et pratique de transformation quantique".

I am also an Access Bars practitioner.

Above all, I like the diversity of approaches, so I have drawn on the secrets of healers or shamans from all over the world...
However, I have never adhered to a particular technique but I instinctively developed my own expression of care by combining ancestral knowledge and quantum therapies. My mantra is: "If your only tool is the hammer, you will see all problems as nails of different sizes".

The importance of being yourself to shine!

I hid my true nature for many years so as not to show myself to be different from others.
What earned me to go through two years of ill-being.
I was disconnected from myself, from my inner being... imposed itself on me, life showed me the way "my soul mission" the one I did not want to recognize and assume until then.

​Today, I fully realize the importance of aligning ourselves with our deepest being, with what gives meaning to our lives and what makes us vibrate_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ and reveal your inner jewel, I like to say "cut your diamond" to let yourself shine. Very often we turn off our light, we diminish ourselves so as not to disturb, not to be criticized. the only way to be happy!

I am convinced that following the path imposed by the other (pleasing your parents or blending in) gently turns us off and ends up making us unhappy and very often sick.

We were born to live!
We should not just exist.
For me it's LA path to healing: Freeing yourself from patterns, programs, convictions, points of view and erroneous beliefs to reveal to the world what you are for. embodied. It is to assume to disturb, to displease, to show a new way to meet above all its own needs and thus make its contribution to the world. For me, it's believing in a benevolent universe, it's believing in its magical powers because yes we have them and we should never let anyone talk us out of it!
Leaving critics to their mental misery was my primary source of liberation and activation of my leadership and inner power. Today I am deeply happy and I realize my dreams one by one!

Making with my hands, creating, has always been vital for me: My name as a painter is: Janua.

Janua means door in Hebrew, I chose this name because creativity, artistic inspiration opens doors and access to invisible worlds and to different planes of existence. The channel of inspiration is the channel of light of mediumship!

It is not placing anyone on a pedestal and giving them all their power. It is believing in yourself beyond all else, listening to your higher self and guidance. I eat life to the fullest, I take advantage of every moment including the simplest ones, I take advantage of everything, I am greedy, I am filled with love for the great living, animals, plants... La place de la créativité dans ma vie

Faire avec mes mains, créer, a toujours été vital pour moi : Mon nom de peintre est : Janua.

Janua signifie porte en hébreu, j'ai choisi ce nom car la créativité, l'inspiration artistique ouvre des portes et des accès aux mondes invisibles et aux différents plans d'existences. Le canal d'inspiration est le canal de lumière de la médiumnité !
La création est le moyen le plus efficace pour se connecter à son âme, développer son intuition, ses capacités médiumniques et tous ses dons spirituels, le saviez-vous ?

Je bricole constamment et j'aime mettre du beau dans mon environnement car j'ai besoin de me sentir dans des énergies et des vibrations élevées.
J'apporte toujours grand soin à mon intérieur et je prends soin de mes énergies au travers de tout ce qui passe par mes sens.
TOUT ce qui nous entoure a un impact sur nos vibrations, ce que l'on regarde, ce que l'on mange, ce que l'on écoute, ce que l'on touche et voit.
Je transmets mes énergies de guérison aux autres et j'ai donc la responsabilité au quotidien de mes propres énergies et j'y apporte une attention constante.

J'ai également développé progressivement ma puissance intérieure. Certains, qui n'ont pas fait le travail intérieur d'élimination des blessures et des croyances limitantes considèreront cela comme de la supériorité ou un manque d'humilité alors que c'est tout l'opposé car ce n'est pas être au dessus des autres mais au delà !! C'est ne placer personne sur un piédestal et lui donner tout son pouvoir. C'est croire en soi au delà de tout, écouter son soi supérieur et sa guidance.
Ce n'est pas non plus ne pas prêter attention aux autres, leurs avis et conseils mais ne prendre pour soi que ce qui résonne et se dire que l'autre a juste un point de vue, rien de plus que cela. Ce n'est pas parce qu'un soi disant "grand professeur machin chose" me dit qu'il faut faire ça et ça, manger comme si, me lever comme ça que je vais l'écouter !
Je sais pour moi même mieux que quiconque sur cette planète ! Je vole au dessus des propos des personnes qui me disent c'est comme ça qu'il faut penser, être et faire..

Je bouffe la vie à pleines dents, je profite de chaque moment y compris les plus simples, je profite de tout, je suis gourmande, je suis remplie d'amour pour le grand vivant, les animaux, les végétaux... J'aime ma vie car je l'ai construite et que ce soit pour le meilleur ou le pire j'en assume la pleine responsabilité de la création parce que oui, nous créons notre vie bien souvent inconsciemment !
Je suis remplie de gratitude pour tout et l'univers, et l'univers me le rend bien !

Nous sommes là pour vivre, pour s'améliorer et le Karma n'oublie jamais aucune adresse. La loi d'attraction fonctionne à merveille.
