The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site:  
 

  • On how their personal data is collected. Personal data is any information that identifies a user. As such, it may be: his first and last names, his age, his postal or email address, his location or his address IP

  • About the person responsible for the processing of personal data collected and processed; 

  • On the recipients of this personal data; 

  • About the site's cookie policy.

ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF BROWSING ON THE SITE  

 

Article 3.1: Data collected  

The personal data collected in the context of my activity are as follows:  

Check and track your registrations, communicate, develop and maintain relationships with customers via emails, inform of updates, changes and news, to fight against fraud, to design and improve offers and to evaluate behavior customers (non-exhaustive list). 

The collection and processing of this data meets the following purpose(s):  

Management of the customer area, monitoring of the quality of services, sending of emails (non-exhaustive list). 
 

Article 3.2: Mode of data collection 

The data is kept for as long as necessary to pursue the purposes for which the data is collected and for as long as Sophie Le Gall has a legitimate interest. The data is also kept as long as the law obliges me to do so.

The data is deleted when the customer decides. 

The retention of certain data in anonymized form remains reserved.

ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS FOR MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY 
 

The publisher of the Majâm par Sophie Le Gall site reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the site comply with the law in force.  

Any changes cannot affect purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user when validating the purchase.  

The user is invited to read this Policy each time he uses our services, without it being necessary to notify him formally.
